i’ve been thinking, since i’m here might as well try enjoying my time. The people are nice, it’s just the environment i guess. Oh well. i’ll be here for a long time. i guess. i guess..

Not Good
eversince i came back here in manila, i’ve been sick. sick as in flu and feeling feverish. blame it on the buses that greatly contribute to the pollution. yuck! never. again. cebu! i’m really coming back.
on one sad note, i think i can never ever blend in to this new environment. it’s just soo different.
Taking Time To Appreciate.
wackow and i recently went to sta fe bantayan island in cebu last january 07-09 for a quick escape and to celebrate our year, with us in tow is our dear friend abby who celebrated her big day on the date of our departure as well. an early road trip but it was all worth it. when i was there (it was my second time already), i couldn’t help but be amazed of the surroundings, the beach and all. i honestly thought to myself, “God’s really an artist. He made all these possible”.
I’ve chosen and posted some pictures below. Ah… beautiful Bantayan sights. i can still smell the sea and feel the sea breeze.

descriptions from L-R, starting from the topmost row.
- the view of the early morning sky, we were planning to wake up early to catch the sunrise but unable to do so heheheheh
- ogtong cave! a fresh water unground cave found in ogtong resort which also supplies the water for their swimming pool. the water was a bit cold, clear and you can really see the little fishy friends swimming past you.
- a glimpse of the sunset sky when we were just about ready to go back to the resort where we were staying.
- cutie starfish!
- the fantastic view of the long shoreline on the resort where we stayed for our first night.
- afternoon view by the beach.
- still the ogtong cave. this was in the innermost part of the cave which i really refuse to go to. i have phobia when it comes to dark places and dark water. i always think that someone will grab my leg and pull me down the water. ewww.
- the view in front of our beach front room.
- just as the sun was setting, haaaaay.
we have taken a lot of pictures and i haven’t even uploaded it in facebook. but i will this week end. hehehe i’m hoping to go back there soon. or we’re actually planning to go to either pagudpud or galera. or bora!
so i fervently wish that i’d have lots of money to fund these planned travels hehehe or save.
OBTW, i was überly happy because i got a tan line, from my bikini and my feet (with the slippers that i was wearing the whole time
)
Thank you so much God, for all these things. Happy me!
Weary. Dreary. Tired.
- I miss my bed, my room; all the times that it provided comfort to my weary body and drained soul.
- I miss the family; i miss the house that served as my home for more than 10 years already.
- I miss the fact that life seems so easy and things were near.
- I miss seeing my wacky girlfriends; to re-energize me whenever I need a good laugh and reminisce the ol’ times. Ah.. the fun of college life.
- I miss sleeping to the sound of the waves when I was in Bantayan for 3 days. Simplicity of life… when at that time I didn’t have to think of obligations, responsibilities and the busy city life; when all I had to think was what bikini to wear, what to do and where to eat.
- I miss the familiarity of things in Cebu, when I was just there a few days ago.
I’m definitely going back to Cebu.
